Integrated production
A complete production line with extruders, slitting, laminating, printing, cutting, and wrapping machines aligned with advanced global standards for reliability, quality, and efficiency.
Resins are melted through extrusion and transformed into sheets, then bonded with solvents in the laminating process to reach the required thickness and specifications for each bag or roll.
Final solutions are tailored for vacuum packing of pistachios, cheese, meat, cereals, pickles, spices, juice, seafood, and more.

Factory flow
Plastic resin pellets feed into the extruder, melt, and pass through a die to form a tube. Air expands the bubble for size and thickness, then it is cooled, flattened by rollers, and rolled.
Surface treatment improves ink adhesion when printing is required. Italian flexo and roto machines print up to 8 colors with globally recognized speed and precision, supported by ultraviolet detectors and digital management systems for consistent quality.
Finally, the material is slit, laminated if needed, cut to size, and packed for delivery.
